HB21.com holds the licensing agreements from the sites owners and with their permission for you to use the content as well as the program they are selling. You will never be in any copyright violations as long as you are with our program.
Q. Do I own the Web site?
A. You will own the domain name of the Web site which you will pay for. The actual Web site is owned by HB21.com where it is hosted, and the content is owned by the vendor supplying the content and product under licence agreement.
Q. Do I have to sign a contract?
A. You do not have to sign a contract, but will have to agree to the terms on how to promote which won't violate the licensing agreement. You can cancel this program with HB21.com at anytime with no further obligation. If you do cancel you will get to keep your domain name which you paid for, but will not be able to use the content or product we supply.
Q. What countries qualify to do this program?
A. We have yet to run across a country this is not available to for the fact that Web site are Worldwide on the Internet. Some International domains will require a domain extension from their country which may cost a little more for your domain name. This is rare and you probably will not need an International extension.
Q. Do I need to disclose my relationship as an affiliate?
A. NO, because you are NOT an affiliate. This is your own Web site, registered in your name. You will even get your own e-mail address (i.e. yourname@yourdomain.com etc.) The buyer will even check out and pay on your Web site. You will not need to disclose you are promoting your own Web site. With our program you are renting the content and product through licensing agreement.

A. No, because if we did then this may qualify as an affiliate program as we would have incentive from your sales. This would then have to be disclosed per the FTC laws. We make our money from the vendors licensing which they pay us to use.
